Private beta, early access & the Service

Living GDD may be offered as an invite-only private beta. Access is granted through a personal invite link tied to the email address we invited.

Collaboration: each person who needs an account must accept their own invite (one link per email). Signing up may create a default workspace for that user in addition to any workspace they are later added to. After someone has signed up, a workspace owner may add them as a member using the in-product tools, subject to plan limits.

Location: we operate from the United States. Beta testers may participate from other countries; see our Privacy Policy for how information may be processed and stored. Paid plans, checkout, and tax treatment may be U.S.-first during early access even when testers are elsewhere.

Early access / testing disclaimer

Living GDD is currently provided as an early access product. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service is still under active development and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
• Features, functionality, and data structures may change at any time without notice.
• Data loss or inconsistencies may occur, and you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any important information.
• The Service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime, reliability, or performance.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time as we continue to improve the platform.

Feedback

By submitting feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant us the right to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without restriction or compensation.

Free access

The Service may be provided free of charge during early access (including through promotional or beta programs). We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future.
