International beta & early access participants

Living GDD is operated from the United States. We may offer invite-only beta or early access to people outside the U.S. even when paid plans, tax collection, or go-to-market focus is U.S.-first. If you use the Service from another country, your information may be processed and stored in the U.S. (and in the locations our subprocessors use, as described in the Privacy Policy above).

Commercial terms, checkout availability, and regulatory emphasis may expand over time; use during beta or early access remains subject to the full Privacy Policy above.

Your data during early access

While Living GDD is in active development, features and how we store or represent data may change. You may experience data loss or inconsistencies. You are responsible for keeping your own copies or exports of any information that matters to you. We do not guarantee uptime or that data will always be recoverable.

For feedback you send us: how we handle personal information in that content follows this Privacy Policy; your license to us to use ideas you submit (without payment) is described in our Terms of Service (Feedback section).

Free access & future pricing

Early access may be offered without charge for a time. We may later introduce paid plans or features; when we do, we will describe how billing and data practices apply, consistent with updates to this Privacy Policy and our Terms.
